I hope this post finds you in good health and largely unaffected by recent events.
Here at Oxinet, we have been closely monitoring the COVID-19 (Corona Virus) pandemic and government guidance as issued. The most important priority for us is the health and safety of our customers, suppliers, and our dedicated staff.
Following on from the advice and guidance shared by the World Health Organisation and the government, I am writing to you to let you know that Oxinet will be temporarily closing our Oxford office. I also want to reassure you that, as far as we’re concerned, the closure of our office is unlikely to affect our day to day services as our staff will continue to work from home.
Thankfully, we run a largely a paperless business and our development systems and tools are cloud-based. Our staff are already adept at homeworking and the transition has been seamless. So, as far as we’re concerned its business as usual.
While there may be some disruption to services, e.g. deadlines affected and meetings postponed or switched to telephone conference depending on our ongoing staff availability, we will endeavour to remain available to help our customers as normal.
